We present Corporeal Chronologies, the inaugural group exhibition of Elastic Wall Projects, a new alternative art space in San Francisco. Conceived and curated by Trevor Tubelle, our theme is “a collection of abstracted and conceptual responses to our shared and limited human corporeal existence in time and space through accumulation, pattern, repetition and action.” There will be an eclectic mix of mediums and strategies on view that reveal the conditions and contradictions of mundane human physical existence. In essence, this show is about bodies–but with no bodies.
